The role emphasizes collaboration with leadership to deliver high-quality communications, event management, and audience-focused marketing across channels.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Experience with Canva, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms preferred.
• Photography and basic graphic design experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communications calendar and content schedule.
• Produce newsletters and e-blasts; manage website updates.
• Plan and coordinate member engagement activities and ribbon cuttings.
• Tell member stories through written, photo, and digital content.
• Support event planning including logistics, vendors, registration, and volunteers.
• Promote member benefits and engagement opportunities.
