Job summary
AdventHealth in Kissimmee, FL seeks a communications leader to develop and execute internal and external storytelling that supports business priorities and enhances employee engagement. You will craft multimedia content for email, intranet, social media, and digital displays, partnering with leaders, HR, and other teams.
You will ghost write for C-suite, design campaigns, plan events, and measure impact to strengthen culture and brand.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in corporate communications, journalism, marketing or related field.
- Experience building strategic communications plans across a variety of internal and external channels.
- Experience planning and overseeing events (media, consumer or employee).
- Presentation design and development; AP style writing.
- Ghost write for C-suite and develop thought leadership strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute internal communications to support business priorities.
- Create multimedia content across email, intranet, social media and digital displays.
- Collaborate with leadership, Human Resources and other departments on culture-building events.
- Coordinate and staff events such as town halls, awards, and trainings.
- Monitor effectiveness of communication strategies and engagement activities.
