AdventHealth in Orlando, FL is seeking an experienced communications professional to lead corporate communications, develop engaging content across email, intranet, social media, and digital displays, and collaborate with leaders to drive culture-building initiatives.

You will manage town halls, awards, and training events, ghost write for senior leaders, and deliver impactful visual communications while ensuring policy compliance and alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Experience building communications or integrated marketing and communications strategies.
• Experience creating stories or multimedia content for media, social media or mass publishing.
• Knowledge of storytelling practices including research, interviews, production, editing and factchecking.
• Clear communication of complex information to all staff levels.
• Experience ghost writing for C-Suite and thought leadership strategies.
• PowerPoint presentation building and delivery skills.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments with daily deadlines and long-range planning.
• Ability to plan team member and physician events such as town halls or recognition ceremonies.
• Create or co-create visual communications (videos, flyers, displays, screensavers).
• Writing with AP Style and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving and computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes communications strategies to support business priorities and goals.
• Creates engaging content across email, intranet, social media, and digital displays.
• Collaborates with leadership, HR, and other departments on culture-building events and activities.
• Develops dynamic stories and multimedia content showcasing team members and achievements.
• Supports leaders with presentations, talking points, and other materials.
• Coordinates and staffs events such as town halls, award ceremonies, and training sessions.
• Engages with team members to understand their needs and foster collaboration.
• Partners with internal teams to create visual communications and promotional materials.
• Monitors and evaluates effectiveness of communication strategies and engagement activities.
• Implements process improvements to enhance communications and engagement.
• Maintains relationships with internal stakeholders to align with goals.
• Ensures compliance with organizational policies in all communications.
