University of Michigan seeks a Michigan Medicine Engagement and Assessment Specialist to support ECRT initiatives, collaborate with Michigan Medicine offices, and develop training content related to Title IX and related policies.

The role reports to the Deputy Title IX Coordinator for Michigan Medicine and works with PEAR and other offices to design programs and resources for faculty and staff. The position is Ann Arbor-based with hybrid work options and in-person engagement three days per week.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of four years of professional experience.
• Experience working in a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of assessment, evaluation, and research methodologies related to learning outcomes, work environments, and climate assessments.
• Ability to manage confidential information per compliance requirements.
• Experience designing and delivering trainings and resources.
• Strong communication about complex topics with diverse audiences.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships.
• Effective administrative, conflict resolution, and team-building skills.

Aufgaben

• Review internal data to identify offices needing support.
• Conduct climate surveys and interpret trends.
• Coordinate collaboration with stakeholders to address climate concerns.
• Draft clear written memoranda for records and distribution.
• Collaborate with supervisors to determine reasonable adjustments under the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act.
• Deliver training with PEAR Specialist and others as needed.
• Support Restorative Practices teams with data interpretations and case history.
• Monitor unit-based strategic plans and track case updates.
• Organize and maintain documents in case files.
