Job summary

Pogo is hiring its first Engagement Manager to own client relationships from signed deal to growing partnerships. You will be a trusted partner to enterprise clients, running end-to-end research engagements and translating Pogo's AI-powered platform into actionable insights for business decisions.

This first-of-its-kind role lets you define how we deliver, scale our client service model, and set the standard for client experience as we grow with Fortune 500 customers and emerging brands.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience at a leading management consulting firm or similar client-facing environment.
• Bonus: experience with primary consumer research (qualitative or quantitative).
• Structured thinker who frames problems clearly and designs research approaches.
• Exceptional communicator who presents with clarity to senior stakeholders.
• Curious about consumers and insights work as a craft.
• High-ownership operator who drives engagements without micro-management.
• Highly organized and able to juggle multiple client engagements.
• Low ego, team player who prioritizes outcomes over credit.
• Fast learner who adapts quickly to new clients, industries, and problems.
• Proficient in using AI tools to enhance research, synthesis, and outputs.

Responsibilities

• Own the full client lifecycle post-sale: onboarding, study design, delivery, and expansion.
• Run research engagements end-to-end: scope studies, configure in platform, review AI insights.
• Debrief learnings with client executives and serve as trusted advisor.
• Partner with GTM on renewals and expansion to deepen relationships and grow revenue.
• Channel client feedback to product and engineering to shape roadmaps.
• Build playbooks, templates, and repeatable motions to scale the client model.
