Job summary

You will assist with scheduling, transportation for outings, and maintaining calendars and supplies in a safe, compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/G.E.D.
• Valid driver’s License
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• One year experience in patient, recreational or activities program
• Colorado Activity Professional Certificate
• Certified Nurse Aide

Responsibilities

• Implements and monitors daily activity programs designed to meet residents' individual care plan needs.
• Completes all necessary assessments and programming documentation within established timeframes.
• Maintains assigned department areas, ensuring a safe, clean, and organized environment.
• Assists with transportation for outings and other related activity logistics.
• Manages and updates monthly activity calendars and ensures proper supplies are ordered and maintained.
• Maintains professionalism and adheres to safety protocols while handling property, equipment, and interacting with residents and staff.
