Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of banking or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual skills preferred.
• Ability to learn and comply with bank policies and systems.
• Demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy in numbers and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Always performs teller transactions and cash handling for clients with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Balancing cash drawer and supporting daily branch tasks to maintain integrity.
• Mitigate risk by safekeeping money and prompt transfer of funds.
• Interacts with clients, anticipates needs, and offers proactive solutions.
• Continuously deepens knowledge of Columbia Bank's products and services.
• Discusses and uncovers client financial needs to identify and refer appropriate products.
