Under supervision of the Branch Manager, you will deepen client relationships, uncover financial needs, and offer suitable bank products and services. This onsite role includes competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of banking or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Ability to learn and comply with all Bank policies, procedures, and systems.
• Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and accuracy with written numbers, words, and verbal and written instructions.
• Consistently demonstrates ability and willingness to build relationships with clients and other bank associates.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, checks) with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Balance cash drawer and process night drop deposits, ensuring cash handling integrity.
• Mitigate risk by safekeeping money and prompt transfer of funds.
• Engage with clients to identify needs and refer basic bank products to appropriate partners.
• Support branch operations under guidance of Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager.
