Qualifications

• Ability to write simple correspondence and present information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Leads Engage Life programs for residents.
• Offers diversified recreational activities with supervision.
• Develops programs for residents, including those confined to rooms.
• Engages and motivates residents to participate in activities.
• Informs residents of upcoming activities and maintains a current schedule.
• Greets new residents and integrates them into activities.
• Plans parties and seasonal decorations and monthly birthday celebrations.
• Assists in Bright Beginnings and census-building initiatives.
• Maintains records of activities and participation as required by state law.
• May drive the company vehicle if required.
• Performs other duties as needed.
