Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
• Able to write simple correspondence and present information clearly

Responsibilities

• Leads assigned Engage Life programs to residents
• Offers diversified recreational activities with supervision
• Develops programs for residents including room-bound programs
• Engages and motivates residents to participate
• Informs residents of upcoming activities and maintains a current schedule
• Greets new residents and helps them connect with others
• Assists in planning parties and seasonal decorations
• Supports census building initiatives and maintains activity records
• May drive the company vehicle if required
