Atria Senior Living - Bay Spring is seeking a dedicated Activities Assistant to lead Engage Life programs and provide engaging activities for residents. You will motivate participation, organize events, and help residents stay active and connected within the community.

The role supports a variety of recreational activities, plans monthly celebrations, and may involve assisting with census initiatives and volunteer coordination to enhance resident well-being.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3–6 months related experience or equivalent.
• Able to write simple correspondence and present information effectively to individuals and groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead Engage Life programs and activities for residents.
• Provide diverse recreational activities with supervision.
• Plan and coordinate events and monthly celebrations.
• Welcome new residents and help them participate in community activities.
• Assist in census-building initiatives and maintain activity records.
• Coordinate with volunteers and support staff as needed.
