Qualifications

• Experience implementing or supporting enterprise software in a client-facing environment.
• Strong SQL skills to write and troubleshoot queries.
• Ability to gather, analyze, document, and translate business requirements into software configurations or technical deliverables.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and knowledge-transfer skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Clear written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail and client service.
• Ability to collaborate across project teams and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing discovery sessions to understand, analyze, and document business processes, operational needs, and implementation requirements.
• Translate client requirements into application configurations, workflows, forms, reports, interfaces, and other project deliverables.
• Configure Enforcement Mobile applications using available configuration and low-code tools, following product standards and best practices.
• Use SQL to analyze and validate data, investigate issues, support troubleshooting, and verify implementation outcomes.
• Collaborate with project managers, implementation field staff, and technical teams to plan project activities and meet implementation milestones.
• Troubleshoot configuration, data, interface, and application issues; coordinate resolution with the appropriate resources.
