West Monroe in Los Angeles is seeking a Manager, Energy & Utilities to lead client engagements, shape transformation programs, and mentor teams across business, operations, and technology. This role combines industry expertise with consulting leadership to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will manage budgets, develop proposals, and advance AI-enabled insights while building trusted relationships with senior clients and contributing to the growth of West Monroe’s Energy & Utilities practice.

Formación

• 7+ years of relevant consulting or professional services experience in Energy & Utilities.
• Experience leading teams and complex workstreams or engagements.
• Strong knowledge of industry challenges in energy, utilities, or regulatory contexts.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex consulting engagements for energy clients across electric, gas, water, and related sectors.
• Oversee scope, budget, staffing, risks, and client communications with a focus on quality and outcomes.
• Apply industry knowledge to grid modernization, operational transformation, and technology modernization.
• Build trusted client relationships, facilitate executive discussions, and connect recommendations to measurable outcomes.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams with clear direction, feedback, and coaching.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis and drive data‑driven insights.
• Support business development and pursuit activities, proposals, and client presentations.
• Develop reusable approaches, methodologies, and intellectual capital for the Energy & Utilities practice.
• Mentor team members and contribute to recruiting and inclusive culture.
