EY is seeking a Manager in AI Native Engineering to lead cutting-edge data science and AI initiatives for Power & Utilities clients in a fast-paced, client-facing role. You will work across data pipelines, analytics platforms, and scalable AI solutions, collaborating with global teams to deliver impactful results.

You will translate complex AI outputs into business insights, guide teams, and ensure governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance across projects in a highly regulated

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• 6–10 years of relevant AI, data science and machine learning experience.
• 2–4 years of experience leading technical teams.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience designing and maintaining production AI/ML solutions on a major cloud platform.
• Proficient with generative AI models and frameworks.
• Experience with NLP, deep learning, and ML operations (MLOps).

Responsabilidades

• Lead workstreams and manage project delivery.
• Identify innovative solutions through research and analysis.
• Supervise teams and ensure performance and results.
• Engage with clients and lead workstreams from planning to closure.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and manage engagement economics.
• Design and deliver AI/ML use cases for Power & Utilities.
• Work with utility data sources (SCADA, GIS, Maximo, CIS) and integrate into analytics platforms.
• Ensure regulatory, audit, cybersecurity, and data governance compliance.
