The role combines technical leadership with client engagement, shaping project delivery, managing teams, and translating analytical outputs into strategic business insights.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of full-time experience in AI, data science, and/or ML.
• 2–4 years directly managing technical teams.
• Strong Python and cloud-based AI/ML development experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams delivering AI/ML use cases for Power & Utilities.
• Guide teams to design, build, and deploy scalable analytics solutions.
• Engage with clients and translate technical outputs into business insights.
• Ensure governance, security, and regulatory alignment in solutions.
