• Draft and negotiate energy commercial agreements, including energy supply and operations contracts.
• Support transactions involving energy project development, financing, and asset sales.
• Advise on renewable energy credit transactions and energy market matters.
• Counsel clients on renewable energy, storage, and decarbonization initiatives.
• Collaborate on energy transition, infrastructure, and technology matters.
