Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an experienced Energy Transactions and Projects Associate or Counsel to join their renewable energy and infrastructure practice in New York. The role focuses on sophisticated energy deals and project finance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong transactional background in project development or finance within the energy sector, with experience across infrastructure and data center transactions, and PPP/tax equity work.

Qualifications

• 2-6 years or 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Significant transactional experience in energy or infrastructure sectors.
• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York State Bar.

Responsibilities

• Engage in project development and finance transactions.
• Work on infrastructure projects, including energy and non-energy sectors.
• Participate in transactions involving data centers and digital infrastructure.
• Handle conventional and renewable energy projects.
• Manage tax equity and public-private partnership (PPP) transactions.
