Fredrikson & Byron seeks a transactional associate with 2–5 years of private practice experience to join our Energy department. Qualifications

• 2-5 years of legal experience in private practice or related in-house positions.
• Interest in the energy industry.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills.
• Strong academic background.
• J.D. from an ABA-Accredited Law School.
• Active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• The ability to practice law or the ability to become admitted in New York is a plus.
