Job summary

Fredrikson & Byron, P.A. is seeking a transactional associate with 2-5 years of legal experience to join the Energy department.

The role focuses on commercial contracts, supplier agreements, power procurement, energy storage contracting, construction agreements, M&A, project finance, and related transactions in a collaborative setting. We prefer candidates based in Minneapolis, but will consider others for remote or hybrid arrangements; must hold a J.D.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of legal experience in private practice or related in-house positions.
• Interest in the energy industry.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills.

Responsibilities
