Job summary

ENGIE North America is seeking a Transaction Analyst II to support time-sensitive market transactions and back-office processes, enhancing customer experience across the enrollment guarantee program. You will work with CRM systems, Power BI, Excel, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment in Houston, TX.

The role reports to the Transaction Manager, with a hybrid work arrangement (3 days in office, 2 remote) and opportunities for professional development and growth within ENGIE.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in processing Utility Market Transactions in ERCOT, PJM, NYISO, MISO, or ISO-NE.
• Detail-oriented and accurate in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with enrollments, billing, exception handling, drops, and change transactions.
• Strong data analysis using CRM and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Support time-sensitive transactional processing and back-office tasks.
• Assist enrollments, billing, and change transactions.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve transaction issues.
• Support the dedicated corporate enrollment guarantee program and customer transitions.
