True Management LLC is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Energy Technician. This is an entry-level position where you will work alongside team members and learn how to install energy efficiency measures to reduce home energy bills for residential customers.

No prior experience is needed. We provide on-the-job training where you will learn how to:

• Install energy savings measures including attic insulation (batts and blown), caulking, lightbulbs, showerheads, baseboards, thermostats, and electric water heaters
• Perform minor repairs including windows and doors
• Assist with loading and unloading work trucks
• Help keep the job site organized and safe
• Assist with job site setup and tear down

Physical requirements:

• Able to work under different weather conditions including extreme hot and cold
• Sit, stand, or walk for extended periods
• Crawl, climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or reach often in crawl spaces and under mobile homes
• Use repetitive hand motions and basic hand and power tools
• Use of a ladder at various heights (up to 3 stories)
• Lift, carry, or push up to 50 pounds as needed

Every applicant must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening, driving record check, and background checks at the state and federal level. Spanish speaking skills are a plus.
