CLEAResult is seeking a Home Insulation Technician to perform insulation and air sealing in residential settings around Edison, NJ. A company vehicle is provided for daily job locations, with responsibilities including installing energy efficiency products and venting appliances.

The ideal candidate has a basic understanding of residential construction, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to work in a team. A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are required.

Job Description

This role is field based around Edison, NJ. A vehicle is provided. We are looking for a talented individual.

To join our team as a Home Insulation Technician. The Insulation Tech should have a basic understanding of residential home construction, a customer service mindset and ability to work in a team setting. Day to day tasks include completing installation of energy efficiency products, Performing insulation & air sealing services, Venting appliances and sealing ductwork. This position is field based in all weather conditions along with performing task in attics, basements, crawlspaces, interior and exterior structures. Techs may need to drive a fleet vehicle from company facilities to job locations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required
• 6 months – 1 year of utilities, HVAC, residential construction, energy knowledge or relevant experience
• 21 years of age or older with valid driver's license

Target Compensation

$25.00

Compensation Range

Hourly. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example
