Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an Energy Manager to lead comprehensive energy management and decarbonization programs for a major client. You will report to the Sustainable Operations Director and drive energy savings, carbon footprint reductions, and utility cost optimization across portfolios.

You will partner with site facilities, implement M&V frameworks, and secure rebates while guiding strategic roadmaps and cross-functional teams.

Competenze

• Specialized understanding of HVAC, electrical, mechanical and BAS systems and their impact on sustainability goals.
• Advanced understanding of energy conservation measures.
• Strong ability to analyze corporate portfolio by benchmarking and reviewing utility data to drive sustainability measures.
• Experience leading technical teams and mentoring junior colleagues.

Mansioni

• Identify and deliver energy efficiency projects and retrofits.
• Manage data collection, reporting and GHG emissions analyses for sustainability programs.
• Collaborate with site managers to optimize energy performance and operations.
• Develop decarbonization roadmaps and strategic plans for client goals.
• Lead and train the energy management team to provide technical solutions.
