Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks an Energy Manager to lead energy management and decarbonization programs for multiple client sites nationwide. You will report to the Sustainable Operations Director and oversee programs to deliver energy savings, carbon footprint reductions, and utility-cost optimization.

Qualifications

• University degree in science/engineering or related field.
• Specialized HVAC, electrical, building automation knowledge.
• Advanced understanding of energy conservation measures.
• Experience with GHG reporting and energy data analysis.
• Knowledge of energy procurement and rebate programs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct energy audits and identify energy conservation measures (ECMs).
• Manage energy data collection and client reporting for transparency.
• Collaborate with site facilities and BAS operators to optimize performance.
• Develop decarbonization roadmaps and phased retrofit plans.
• Lead technical teams and mentor junior colleagues on sustainability topics.
