The role reports to the Sustainable Operations Director and involves audits, M&V, and strategy development to deliver energy savings and lower carbon footprints.

Responsibilities include collaborating with site facility teams, developing roadmaps, and driving continuous improvement across BAS, utility data

Competenze

• HVAC, electrical and mechanical systems mastery with sustainability focus.
• Advanced understanding of energy conservation measures and ROI.
• Strong ability to analyze utility data and benchmark portfolios.
• Deep knowledge of Greenhouse Gas emission scopes and reporting.
• Familiarity with energy procurement and renewable options.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts and lead teams.
