Qualifications

• Typically three to five years of relevant professional experience before graduate study, or substantial applied research in energy.
• Demonstrated ability to connect energy sector knowledge to client challenges.

Responsibilities

• Contribute across all phases of client engagements, including defining questions and conducting strategic, financial, market, and organizational analyses.
• Translate data and research into clear insights and practical recommendations.
• Manage workstreams with junior team members and deliver high-quality client materials.
• Present findings to mid- and senior-level clients and help build consensus.
• Lead and coach junior consultants, providing direction and feedback.
• Support business development through proposals and opportunity identification.
• Contribute to practice development via tools, training, and thought leadership.
