Charles River Associates is expanding its Energy Practice in North America and Europe, seeking senior-level consultants with industry expertise in regulation, utility finance, and transactions.

We represent utilities and other energy firms before regulators, provide strategic advisory services, and assist in complex projects with a focus on delivering value to customers and shareholders. A strong publication record and leadership abilities are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required; master’s degree is desired.
• Ability to independently manage consulting teams and complex assignments.
• Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills; publications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advise utilities and regulators on energy regulation, finance, and transactions.
• Lead and manage complex consulting projects with limited oversight.
• Coach and mentor junior staff; develop project teams.
• Prepare and present findings to clients and stakeholders; participate in testimony when needed.
