Job summary
Guidehouse is seeking an Associate Director to lead engagements with electric and gas utilities, focusing on new commercial and operating models to navigate the evolving energy landscape. You will serve as project lead on US-based client engagements, applying strategy consulting expertise to solve complex energy challenges.
You will own client relationships, steer strategy design and delivery, develop business and operating models, and mentor teams.
Qualifications
- US citizen or permanent resident required due to client engagements.
- 7+ years post-graduation consulting experience (or 5+ with Master's).
- Background in utilities/energy strategy consulting preferred.
- Strong problem solving and communication skills.
- Experience in developing and delivering executive presentations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage client engagements in the utilities/energy sector.
- Develop and communicate strategy, operating models, and roadmaps.
- Coach and mentor project teams to ensure quality deliverables.
- Lead business development efforts and client proposals.
