KBR seeks an experienced Engagement Manager for Energy Advisory & Consulting to lead strategic, commercial, financial, and operational advisory services for energy clients. Based in Houston, you will manage multidisciplinary teams and drive high-impact solutions with senior executives across global markets.

You will contribute to business development and client relationship management while guiding engagements from definition to delivery, ensuring quality and value.”

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, economics, finance, or related field.
• 12+ years of relevant professional experience in management consulting, strategy, commercial advisory, or business transformation.
• Proven ability to lead complex consulting engagements and manage multiple workstreams.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems, conduct rigorous analysis, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Experience managing client relationships and presenting to senior executives.
• Strong financial, commercial, and analytical capabilities including financial models and business cases.
• Demonstrated project management and team leadership skills.
• Ability to work across cultures and geographies; willingness to travel internationally.
