KBR Consulting in Houston seeks a Director to lead the Asset Management & Optimization practice, driving growth, client value, and measurable outcomes.

You will shape service offerings, win major opportunities, and guide delivery using KBR's engineering and project execution strengths. The role requires deep experience, strong leadership, and a track record in asset lifecycle economics across energy and industrial sectors.

Qualifications

• Typically 15+ years in asset management or related consulting.
• Bachelor’s in engineering; MBA preferred.
• Proven consulting business development and client management.
• Experience leading complex multidisciplinary engagements.
• Strong executive communication and commercial judgment.
• Experience in energy/oil, gas, LNG, or chemicals industries preferred.
• Americas region client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the asset management practice growth strategy and revenue pipeline.
• Lead senior client relationships across energy and industrial sectors.
• Translate technology challenges into quantified business value.
• Oversee asset strategy, economics, and lifecycle optimization.
• Drive reliability, RAM, and operations optimization initiatives.
• Lead engagements, proposals, and commercial negotiations.
• Build a high-performing consulting team across disciplines.
