Antora Energy, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manager, Project Development to serve as a central hub for commercial project development.

You will coordinate a cross-functional team spanning engineering, business development, power supply, and finance to move energy storage and generation projects from ideation to commercial contracts. Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in project management for energy/renewable projects.
• 5+ years developing wind, solar, storage, renewable hydrogen, or large energy projects.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams to advance deals to final investment decisions and contract execution.
• Experience mitigating deal/project risks via escalation and de-risking workstreams.
• Proven ability to build relationships with project stakeholders and community leaders.
• Strong project ownership, planning, and de-risking capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain project timelines, milestones and accountability within commercial teams to accelerate deals to FID.
• Create and maintain commercial contract and risk tracking tools for alignment and visibility.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, business development, power supply, and project finance.
• Bridge language, cultural, and time-zone challenges across global teams.
• Partner with legal and business development to de-risk land control via leases and title agreements.
• Represent Antora to local leaders and authorities to obtain necessary permits.
