Job summary

Energy Dome S.p.A. is seeking an experienced Project Development Director to lead end-to-end front-of-the-meter project development across key US markets.

The role oversees origination, permitting, interconnection, commercial structuring and Financial Close for a growing utility-scale energy storage portfolio. The successful candidate will build and manage a high-impact North American development team, align development activities with corporate growth objectives, and report to executive

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in utility-scale energy project development in the United States.
• Proven track record leading projects from early-stage development through permitting and Financial Close.
• Experience negotiating complex development agreements.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Energy, Business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the North American project development strategy.
• Build and manage a pipeline of utility-scale energy storage projects across target markets.
• Lead advancement of projects from origination through Financial Close and Ready-to-Build.
• Oversee permitting, interconnection, land control and stakeholder engagement.
• Manage development budgets, schedules, risk registers and resources.
• Establish development processes, governance and reporting frameworks.
• Lead negotiations of development agreements and strategic partnerships.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with Legal, Engineering, Finance and External Affairs.
• Mentor and build the North American development team.
