Job summary

Antora Energy is seeking a Staff Structured Origination Manager to lead co-location and acquisition efforts for long-duration energy storage deployments in the US. You will build developer relationships, structure novel commercial agreements, and drive pipeline through diligence and creative deal structuring.

The role sits at the intersection of M&A, energy markets, and project development, delivering risk‑adjusted returns and scalable co-located storage opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in renewable energy with direct project acquisition, M&A, or structured development partnerships.
• Proven track record structuring complex multi‑agreement deals in renewable energy.
• Experience acquiring and/or developing utility-scale renewable energy or storage in MISO, SPP, or PJM.
• Experience negotiating MIPAs, asset purchase agreements, co-development agreements, and related documents.
• Familiarity with interconnection mechanics and regulations for storage projects.
• Understanding ISO/RTO capacity markets and storage participation for revenue optimization.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and counterparty relationships in a fast-paced early-stage environment.
• Strong communication skills to distill complex deal structures for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with renewable developers in target ISO/RTO markets across the US.
• Negotiate complex agreements for co-development and co-location structures.
• Structure compensation mechanisms aligned with Antora’s revenue opportunities.
• Negotiate subsidiary and related agreements in co-location deals.
• Ensure structures protect developer obligations while enabling grid interconnection and monetization.
