Job summary

Eos Energy Enterprises is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, commission, and service our BESS systems on customer sites. You will troubleshoot, repair, and support both warranty and non-warranty issues across domestic and international locations.

The role requires independent work, strong communication, and hands-on electrical expertise with DC systems. Expect domestic and international travel with safety-first procedures and regular field reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years field electrical/electronics experience preferred.
• Trade/vocational electrical/renewable energy training preferred.
• Renewable energy storage experience a plus.
• NFPA70E electrical safety training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, troubleshoot and repair BESS systems.
• Review warranty claims and assist customers with issues.
• Write reports and train customers on system operation.
