Job summary

Eos Energy Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Site Supervisor to provide on-site leadership for commissioning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Eos energy storage systems both domestically and internationally.

You will lead a team of field technicians and engineers, manage daily workflows, ensure safety and quality, and act as the primary on-site contact for customers and partners.

Qualifications

• 7 years' experience in energy storage service and operations.
• Associate degree or equivalent technical training required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Forklift/Boomlift/Scissor lift certifications (can be earned via EOS).
• OSHA-10 Construction Safety certification (can be earned via EOS).

Responsibilities

• Lead field team to commission large energy systems.
• Organize day-to-day workflow and oversee operations.
• Provide onsite customer contact and field escalation.
• Ensure preventative maintenance and safety compliance.
• Mentor field service engineers and technicians.
• Assist in commissioning documentation and testing with Product Engineering.
