Job summary

EOS Energy Enterprises seeks a Field Service Technician to install, commission, troubleshoot, repair and analyze Eos commercial BESS and third-party products in the field, remote via email, telephone and remote support tools, and at customer sites.

You will travel domestically and internationally to support services, write reports, train customers, and expand knowledge of Eos products and third-party systems, with safety and efficiency as priorities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years in Electrical/Electronics/Power electronics or network communications preferred.
• Experience in renewable energy or energy storage is strongly preferred.
• NFPA70E electrical safety training or similar.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, troubleshoot, repair and analyze Eos commercial BESS and third-party products in the field.
• Use Field Service tools to retrieve and update information accurately.
• Write reports, train customers, and respond to concerns about system performance.
• Develop knowledge of Eos products and related third-party systems.
• Perform acceptance, startup, commissioning, and turnarounds of BESS.
• Travel domestically and internationally to customer sites as needed.
