Job summary

Eos Energy Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Field Service Technician to install, commission, and service our zinc-based energy storage systems. You will work in the field and remotely, supporting customers with installation, testing, troubleshooting, and warranty questions.

The role requires willingness to travel domestically and internationally, climb, lift, and work in industrial environments. Strong electrical and communication skills are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Trade or vocational college focusing on electrical work preferred.
• Experience in renewable industry or energy storage is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, troubleshoot, repair and analyze Eos commercial BESS and third-party products in the field and remotely.
• Use field service tools to log and update work orders.
• Write reports and train customers on system function.
• Develop knowledge of Eos products and third-party equipment.
• Perform acceptance and performance testing, startups, and turnarounds of BESS.
