Job summary

Eos Energy Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Site Supervisor to lead commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of energy storage systems in the field.

You will manage onsite teams, coordinate with customers, and ensure safety and quality across projects domestically and internationally. Responsibilities include organizing daily workflows, mentoring engineers/technicians, maintaining documentation, and supporting product engineering with testing.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in a technical field required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years’ experience in energy storage service and operations required.
• Certifications in Forklift/Boomlift/Scissor lift (can be acquired through Eos).
• Certification in Construction Safety (OSHA-10) (can be acquired through Eos).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of field technicians/engineers to commission large Eos energy systems.
• Organize and oversee day-to-day workflow operations.
• Provide onsite customer and partner support; field escalation path for issues.
• Mentor field service engineers and technicians in operating and commissioning systems.
• Assist in creating system and commissioning documentation.
• Support testing of the complete system including BMS interface.
• Maintain knowledge of NEC requirements and Eos products.
