Job summary

Eos Energy Enterprises is seeking a Field Service Site Supervisor in the Edison, NJ area. You will lead a team of field technicians and engineers to commission large energy storage systems, ensuring safety, quality, and timely execution on-site with customers and partners across North America.

You will mentor field staff, oversee daily workflows, and collaborate with product engineering for testing and documentation while maintaining a strong safety culture and compliance with NEC and OSHA

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent required; Bachelor's preferred.
• 7+ years in energy storage service/operations.
• Certifications in Forklift/Boomlift/Scissor lift and OSHA-10 available through Eos

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of field technicians/engineers to commission large Eos energy systems.
• Organize and oversee day-to-day workflow and safety procedures.
• Provide onsite customer liaison and coordinate service partners.
• Mentor field staff in operation and commissioning of energy systems.
• Support product engineering testing and documentation.
