Job summary

Eos Energy Enterprises is seeking an experienced Field Service Site Supervisor to lead commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of energy storage systems in the field. You will manage a team of field technicians/engineers both domestically and internationally, coordinating with customers and partners to ensure project milestones are met.

Responsibilities include organizing daily workflows, ensuring safety compliance, and mentoring staff while remaining hands-on when required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent technical experience is required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 7 years of energy storage service and operations experience.
• Certifications in Forklift/Boomlift/Scissor lift.
• OSHA-10 Construction Safety certification.
• Travel: More than 50% of work time.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of field technicians/engineers to commission large energy systems.
• Organize and oversee the day-to-day workflow operations.
• Provide onsite support and act as Field Supervisor for customers/partners.
• Ensure Preventative Maintenance is completed on energy systems.
• Mentor field service engineers and technicians in operations.
• Assist in commissioning documentation and NEC-related requirements.
• Develop knowledge of Eos’ commercial and third-party products.
