• Represent Just Energy or IGS Energy to acquire and retain customers by providing an exceptional customer experience at retail stores.
• Utilize a consultative selling approach to discover each customer's needs and recommend energy products.
• Demonstrate a tenacious drive for results by achieving sales objectives and following company policies.
• Build confidence, generate excitement, and maintain interest through listening and negotiation when facing objections.
• Develop collaborative relationships with other sales representatives and store managers.
• Learn and demonstrate full understanding of current product programs and communicate clearly to help customers decide.
