Aufgaben

• Act as liaison between the Company and customers, contractors, builders, and engineers for coordinating construction of electrical distribution facilities.
• Maintain effective communication with customers requesting new or additional service.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on KPIs related to customer service.
• Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with design, scheduling, energization, and other teams to meet customer requirements across phases.
• Manage customer service projects from initiation to completion within scope, time, and budget.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Participate in duty schedule for trouble and emergencies and restoration of power during outages.
