Responsibilities

• Lead communication with customers and manage satisfaction.
• Pursue new opportunities and expand existing accounts.
• Lead project setup and ongoing management in Procore.
• Own project budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking.
• Review submittals to ensure coordination and schedule alignment.
• Close-out documentation and customer turnover.
• Lead safety planning and ensure compliance.
