Universal Energy Solutions is hiring full-time Account Managers to join our Houston team, focusing on residential and small business energy sales. You will review electricity and natural gas plans, present competitive options, and tailor solutions to fit each customer’s needs.

You’ll primarily manage existing relationships while growing your portfolio through new business development, with paid training and ongoing coaching to support career progression in a fast-growing energy company.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related sales experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable meeting with business owners face-to-face.

Responsabilités

• Build lasting relationships with existing residential customers.
• Support customers through renewals and ongoing energy needs.
• Prospect for new clients by meeting face-to-face.
• Review current electricity and natural gas supply plans.
• Identify opportunities to reduce energy costs for customers.
• Recommend supplier options based on customer needs.
• Develop new business opportunities between appointments.
• Travel within a 30-mile radius of the office.
