Job summary

Universal Energy Solutions seeks full-time Account Managers to join the Houston team and drive sales across the local area.

You will review electricity and natural gas plans, present cost-saving options, and expand a book of business with both existing and new clients. Training, mentorship, and career growth are emphasized as you travel within a 30-mile radius of the office.

OTE ranges are provided with opportunities to earn significantly more through residuals and incentives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable meeting with business owners face-to-face.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships with existing residential customers.
• Review current electricity and natural gas supply plans.
• Prospect for new clients by meeting face-to-face.
• Help consumers identify opportunities to reduce energy costs.
• Recommend energy supplier options based on customer needs.
• Travel within an assigned territory (approx. 30 miles).
