Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of project management experience leading software implementation projects.
• Ability to learn Cargas Energy and related software products.
• Experience managing customer relationships, projects, and deliverables across organizations.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple responsibilities through successful completion.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to implement Cargas Energy and build trusted relationships.
• Understand customers' business processes and translate needs into plans and solutions.
• Lead software implementation projects through all phases of the lifecycle.
• Monitor scope, timelines, budgets, and team performance for successful delivery.
• Communicate expectations, risks, progress, and deliverables clearly to stakeholders.
• Manage scope changes, negotiate change orders, and address challenges and escalations.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and keep information up to date.
• Identify opportunities to expand customer value and support growth.
