Job summary

Cargas Systems is hiring a Project Manager to lead customers through successful implementations of our proprietary software, Cargas Energy. You’ll manage timelines, resources, budgets, and expectations, acting as a trusted advisor to customers and coordinating with teammates to deliver exceptional customer care.

Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 2+ years in software implementation PM, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in software implementation project management.
• Ability to learn Cargas Energy and related software products.
• Experience managing customer relationships, projects and deliverables.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize, organize and manage multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to implement Cargas Energy and build trusted relationships.
• Understand customer processes and translate needs into implementation plans.
• Lead software implementation projects through all lifecycle phases: planning, budgeting, execution, reporting.
• Monitor scope, timelines, budgets, and team performance for delivery.
• Communicate progress, risks, and deliverables to customers and stakeholders.
• Manage scope changes, change orders, and escalations as needed.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and up-to-date information.
• Identify opportunities to expand customer value and support business growth.
