You will verify invoices, coordinate with logistics, accounts payable and treasury, and resolve discrepancies while maintaining master data for interfaces. Strong SAP/ETRM knowledge and attention to detail are important.

Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without visa sponsorship.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or related field strongly preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in payables, billing, or operational accounting preferred.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Verify commodity and secondary cost invoices against system accruals.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Accounts Payable, and Treasury on timely settlement of third‑party invoices.
• Troubleshoot pricing discrepancies through system analysis and coordination with Logistics and Commercial.
• Coordinate with Accounting on month‑end accruals for unpaid items.
• Track third‑party invoices to ensure all payments are processed timely.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Contracts & Master Data to maintain Trade Capture system master data for SAP interfaces.
• Maintain documentation to support quarter and year‑end audits.
• Complete special projects as assigned and follow company policies.
