As part of the Energy Services Department, you will support bill creation, data analysis, AR activities and rate options while engaging a diverse member base. Pre-employment drug-testing and physicals are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics or related field.
• Excel and Office 365 proficiency.
• Experience in accounts receivable and collections.
• Excellent customer service and de-escalation skills.
• Utility experience desired.
• Database experience preferred.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Reside within one hour driving distance of work location.
• Ability to sit, stand, lift up to 25 lbs and operate in-person daily.
• Vision requirements include close/distance/color/depth perception.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely bill creation with correct rate calculations and regulatory compliance.
• Create, delegate, analyze and process various reports.
• Review, analyze and remedy meter data across applications.
• Lead accounts receivable and collections efforts.
• Assist members with energy conservation, rate options and usage analysis.
• Educate members on smart meters, distributed generation and EVs.
• Oversee the consumer information system.
• Support Energy Services Manager with daily tasks.
