Job summary

The City of Rock Hill is seeking an experienced Utility Analyst to partner with municipal utility leadership and analyze electric system data for revenue optimization. Performs audits of wholesale and large accounts to verify billing accuracy and rates.
Evaluates customer classifications and usage to optimize rate structures.
Identifies metering improvements and data-flow enhancements.
Prepares analytical reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and City Council.
